Meet Our Team
Matthew Anderson, President
Matthew Anderson began his career in 1998, working evenings for a title company in Centerville, OH; the focus of his part-time responsibilities was preparing title commitments. He obtained his title agent’s license in February of 1999, less than six months after he began what would become an accelerated upward career in the title insurance industry. Matthew was promoted to management only a year after his start date and competitors started to recruit him for positions managing their companies soon thereafter. After a short stint with a competitor, he realized the only way to properly service his customers was to go out on his own. In June of 2001, financed through an equity line he took out on his first home, Matthew opened Republic Title Agency and business grew to a point beyond what Matthew could imagine. In just two years, Republic Title Agency had grown to a staff of 15. A few years later, when the housing crisis hit, Matthew was able to guide Republic Title Agency with the help of his experience in all aspects of the title industry to only come out stronger on the other side. Today, Republic Title Agency continues to thrive due to the tremendous team of talent Matthew has put together.
When he is away from work, Matthew likes to spend his time outdoors with his wife and children.
